The flat is in a quiet residential street less than 15 mins walk to the train station or town centre.
The room available is a large double (13x11) on the second floor and rent comes to £675.00 per month inc all bills.
Available anytime from now as flatmate is moving to her boyfriend’s.
We rent through an agency so you will need to go through referencing before moving in.
The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished.
Current tenancy ends on 1st June with a possibility to extend it for a further 12 months.
We're looking for someone nice and friendly but also respectful to privacy of others, tidy and reliable. While we like to have a good time, this is not a party house!
