We are looking for a new housemate to join our Victorian terrace sanctuary. Available immediately, your new room is a bright, furnished double located on the middle floor. It comes ready with a comfy double bed (featuring smart under-bed storage), a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. It’s a cozy, quiet retreat where you can actually get a good night's sleep!

The Location
We are lucky to be in the sought-after Seven Dials (BN1). You get the best of both worlds: a safe, quiet neighborhood that feels like a community, with incredible coffee shops, bakeries, and boutiques right on your doorstep. Plus, it’s a short walk to the station, the beach, and the town center.

The Vibe
You’ll be sharing with three lovely professional women (working in Marketing, Childcare, and Hairdressing). We are a respectful, clean, and sociable household. We value our own space, but we’re also planning house nights out and love a chat in the kitchen. We are looking for someone who wants a home, not just a place to crash.

The Details
Total Monthly Cost: £800 (£700 Rent + £100 Bills).
Stress-Free Living: The £100 covers everything—Council Tax (Band D), Water, Gas, Electric, TV, Broadband, and even household essentials (loo roll, cleaning products, batteries, etc.). No arguments over who bought the last toilet roll!
