Large fully furnished double bedroom. The house is a very short walk to London Road shops, around a 10 minute walk to the station and 15 minute walk to the Laines. The house has a fully furnished living room with TV, dining table and a good size kitchen.

The house also contains two bathrooms and a large garden. Street parking is available.

Current housemates are a mix of students and people in full time employment, however all are currently working over the summer period. All are friendly and up for a laugh, and overall very easy to live with.
