BUDDY UP looking for 2 others!

Hi all, I'm looking to buddy up with 1-3 people. I was in a happy home but a set of circumstances have left me no choice but to start a fresh... (feel free to ask)
I'm a happy outgoing guy looking for a house share in every sense, I want to be comfortable in my surroundings and the people I live with but still able to balance the need for space for others and myself, thus why I'd rather not just rent a room!
I love life and live it to the full, I may like to party but I by any means do not want a party house but be it a sociable one!

I work 6 days a week, split between home and sussex. I drive and I'm very clean and tidy!

I want to be able to enjoy dinner, drinks or the odd night out with flat mates. So if your not the sociable type or not looking for friends within a household, then need not reply thank you!

Ideally I would like to roughly spend 500-600pcm (bills inc) but can increase that if need be!

Now as to why I don't want to rent with any blokes, I can't stand living with them!
I have tried but to no avail, I have spent the vast majority of my childhood with women and that's just my preference!
Although I have no issues living with couples, professional women or students.

I'm flexible on the location as I'm not tied down to any commitments as such, so anywhere from saltdean to shoreham is ok for me but not to far from Brighton centre as it's been my home for too long.
