We are three relaxed, sociable and tidy professionals in our mid-twenties looking to fill a room which is being vacated mid-July.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a built-in wardrobe.

The flat is in a really great location. Central Brighton, minutes away from the station, town centre and beach! Unlike a lot of other buildings in Brighton, it is also in great condition (zero mould to be seen!).

The flat has a large living room with two leather sofas, a separate well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a separate washing machine and there are two bathrooms - one with a decent shower.

Rent is £530 pcm with a deposit of £600.

Bills come to roughly £50/£65 per month over the course of a year. This includes energy, water, council tax, broadband and tv licence.

Private landlord so no slow estate agency middlemen!
