The flat has two bedrooms (one of which is available), two bathrooms, a living room and outdoor sheltered bike storage, and big kitchen with reading space. There's also a communal garden with benches.
The flat is fully furnished including kitchen equipment, gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer.
The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, and shelves.
Current flatmate is Me, live in landlord (30) who has lived here for 8 years.
I am a self employed personal trainer and coach, I work mon-fri.
I'm usually out a fair bit playing sports/socialising on weekends. I’m fairly sociable and like to hang out in the kitchen/lounge. But also very happy to co-exist quietly without having to chat all the time.
The building has a noise curfew of 11pm, so this flat is definitely not suitable for anyone who likes to have spontaneous parties or loud music.
This flat will be right for you if you’re looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed space. Keeping the space welcoming and clean is a given, as well as respecting each other’s personal space, boundaries, and all that good stuff.
