This is a fantastically located flat, five minutes from Brighton station (great for commuters) and ten minutes from the centre of town, the sea and Hove. There are local amenities in Seven Dials including restaurants, pubs and shops and the area has a village feel.

This is a first floor property with a lovely enclosed shared garden.

The bathroom has just been rennovated and the kitchen has an oven, fridge freezer and washing machine.

The bedroom is neutrally decorated and furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk and chest of drawers. The room has access to a fitted wardrobe with additional storage under the bed.

All bills and council tax are included. Also included in the rent are fibre optic broadband, Netflix and TiVo. There is a £60 monthly cleaning fee payable with the rent.

I'm looking for a clean, mature, professional person to live in the flat. Happy for Monday to Friday lets also. Looking for someone who is happy to catch up over a glass of wine but is also comfortable in their own company.
