Unfurnished room in flat near city center

Hi! we have an unfurnished double room available from the beginning of August in our top floor 3 bed flat off Western Road. It's very close to the city center and beach (about a 5 minute walk to both) with views over Brighton and the sea from our roof terrace.

The room is 2.9m x 2.6m and has space for a small double bed, desk, wardrobe, draws etc and gets plenty of natural light. We’re looking for a professional like ourselves, male or female to move in (being a creative is a bonus!)

You’d be living with two friendly, responsible guys in their mid to late twenties who work full time. We work very hard and tend to do our own thing most of the time when we're at the flat, so would be looking for someone who is happy to do the same.

The rent is £495pm and bills are £100pm.
A full time job is a must for us so unfortunately freelancers, students etc. won't be considered.
