The room includes a double bed, desk, two wardrobes, two chest of draws and some shelving as seen in photos. It is a very large room with plenty of storage. The house has two toilets, one shower/bath, kitchen and living area as seen in photos.

Brading Road is halfway between Brighton City Centre and Moulsecoombe campus, easy to walk to both however buses available if preferred. The train station is about a 20 minute walk away.
