Very sunny big ensuite room

All furniture is new and includes: Sofa, double bed, mattress (4ft on order) desk, desk chair, wardrobe, chest-of-drawers, side table etc.. Newly refurbished en-suite shower room and the room itself has windows on both sides. All bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, fast internet, TV license for house) included.
Non-party but friendly international house who all speak English and will suit somebody equally friendly and considerate of others.
The house includes a good-size kitchen, a shared garden and a small shared lounge.
The house is on a no-through road so little traffic after about 5pm.
There is free non-permit parking on the street. Frequent buses to the centre of Brighton are a two minute walk away.
Can be viewed now and available from Friday.
Will consider couples at a raised rent.
Will consider a short term let at an increased rent depending upon length of stay.
