Friendly house share

This is a large house 15 minutes walk from the seafront, in the Lewes Road area. It is a friendly house share with excellent facilities. Large lounge, two bathrooms, large well-equipped kitchen and a back garden. All bills are included in the rent (gas, electricity, council tax, water, internet, TV licence). The house is double-glazed and centrally heated. There are many shops, including a large supermarket nearby, and it is on a good bus route to the town and universities. The town centre and the main train station are in walking distance. Residents parking permits can be applied for. I own the house - I don't live there. I will meet you for viewing.
The room available is a good-size double room (for single occupancy), fully furnished. If the furniture in the room in the photos does not meet your needs, we can make changes, by agreement.
