This is a large house 15 minutes walk from the seafront, in the Lewes Road area. It is a house share with excellent facilities. Large lounge, two bathrooms, large well-equipped kitchen and a back garden. All bills are included in the rent (gas, electricity, council tax, water, wi-fi broadband, TV licence). The house is double-glazed and centrally heated. There are many shops, including a large supermarket nearby, and it is on a good bus route. I own the house - I don't live there. I will meet you for viewing.
The room available is a good-size double room (for single occupancy), fully furnished with a washbasin.
