Unfurnished spacious double room available

A double room is becoming available in our 3 beds house.
Myself (33 female) and Sammy (29 male) are both professional musicians (singer and drummer).

The room will be available in Feb, although Sammy is leaving for a cruise ship in January and so the new person could move temporarily into his room for the month and then for definitive to the one next to it from Feb.

We keep the party out of the house and treat the space as a relaxed one where to come back to.
In the daytime I practise some singing and piano from my room on the top floor, never late in the evening, Sammy doesn't practise here so don't worry, no drums in the house ;)

We normally keep it quite after 11pm, so we'd expect the new flatmate to be the same, but it's more for the neighbours as really we don't go to bed until late at night due to the nature of our job.

We like sharing a glass of wine and a chat when possible although the house has a general indipendent feeling to itself, as we're both busy people.

There's been a lovely harmony in the house, we keep the house CLEAN and respect the others so we'd love to keep this way :)

The room is bright and spacious, comes unfurnished, a part from the double bed and it's on the first floor.
It's £490 all bills in and £200 deposit.
