Mon - Fri Double en suite room to let

Room has a tv, shower, toilet, desk area and patio doors leading into the garden....
Its situated in a lovely 3 bedroom bungalow and is less than a 10 minute drive to nearest train station....However the bus stop is right outside and arrives in central Brighton in 15 minutes....
Must like Labrador dogs....
Noise will need to be kept at a sensible level as we are 3 working people....and would prefer no other friends/colleague to stay over.....
