Room for rent in Hollindean bungalow.

The time has come to start the search for a new housemate….

I’m currently rattling around a three bed bungalow in Hollingdean on my own, since my old housemate moved out a couple of weeks ago. After nearly two years in Brighton she got an offer she couldn’t refuse, so packed up and shipped out to Somerset.

The room is a small double with a king size bed, which can be either furnished or not, depending on what stuff you have to bring with you. The bungalow itself is nice and bright with some great views, and has everything you need to be comfy. There’s a garden out the back, and a little greenhouse if you’re keen. And out the front there’s free parking, and really close to buses and trains if you don’t drive. All the ‘big bills’ are included, we’ll just share the cost of kitchen and bathroom consumables.

I’ve shared with a few people over the last ten years or so, so I’m very used to sharing the space and being accommodating, and am a pretty good housemate myself, so I’ve been told… On average people tend to stay for a couple of years. I’m pretty ‘normal’, work hard, have relaxing evenings, get out at the weekends, nothing too crazy these days.

This isn't just about money for me, so I’m looking to meet a friendly, mature professional who's on a similar daily time schedule to me, and ideally clean, tidy, and respectful, so that we can both get along and go about our lives with minimal fuss.
