Room for rent in Hollingdean bungalow.

Searching for a new housemate to share a three bed bungalow in Hollingdean. My old housemate has recently moved out : after nearly two years in Brighton she got an offer she couldn’t refuse, so packed up and shipped out to Somerset.

The room is a small double with a king size bed, which can be either furnished or not, depending on what you have of your own. The bungalow itself is nice and bright with some great views, and is a nice comfy space. There’s a garden out the back, and a little greenhouse if you’re keen. And out the front there’s free parking, and really close to buses and trains if you don’t drive. All the ‘big bills’ are included, we’ll just share the cost of kitchen and bathroom consumables.

I’ve shared with a few people over the last ten years or so, so I’m very used to sharing the space and being accommodating, and apparently am a pretty good housemate myself, so I’ve been told… I’m pretty ‘normal’, work hard, have relaxing evenings, get out at the weekends, nothing too crazy these days.

This isn't just about money for me, so I’m looking to meet a friendly, mature professional who's on a similar daily time schedule to me, and ideally clean, tidy, and respectful, so that we can both get along and go about our lives with minimal fuss.
