You'll enjoy plenty of daytime privacy, as I work standard office hours (9-5) outside the home.

Shared access to a welcoming open-plan kitchen/living area and a balcony

A professional, down-to-earth female in my 40s

I'm out during the weekdays, which makes for a quiet, private atmosphere if you are working from home.

Incredibly central: 2 mins from Amex offices, 5 mins to London Road shops, 10 mins to Brighton Station, 10 mins walk to the beach.

£950 per month, all bills included (rent, council tax, utilities, gas, electricity, and WiFi)
