All Bills inc based on moderate use...
A communal £15 per month for shared housey bits

House share for a Female house mate please 🙏

I'm a carpenter, get up early sometimes I work at home. So wouldn't really suit a wfh person.

This would work better if you're a busy 9-5 er.. not a shift worker.

We are a single female 50, and one elderly dog,
We're well versed in sharing our home, had plenty of short term and long term housemates. looking to share with someone we get on with.
I usually like to meet people twice to ensure we're on the same page. This has worked for all my lovely house mates

Am pretty easy going. Quite particular about cleaning.

The kitchen and bathroom are kept clean every time after use. These platitudes have to be raised when sharing with others. 😁 So hopefully this really clicks a yes for you.

Interests; Fitness, art, music, gardening, wellbeing. I don't drink, But don't mind if you do. Love to live with vegetarians,

Potential house mates ideally you're in a good space in your heart, mind, health, and life. You know how to share a home.. you love what you do, and do what you love..
And you are clutter free! As there's no storage here. Or room for furniture.

That said, only doggy lovers need apply. The dog is a 14 yo retired terrier crossbreed, he loves human company.

There is no parking on this road, though a permit can be acquired.. it’s a 7 minute walk north of Hanover, and 20 mins to the sea..

This is not the centre of Brighton, it's nr to the top of Freshfield road, about a 25 mins + walk into town. But, It is also near 3 main bus routes. Please check that this area is ok for you before you respond.
