Am pretty easy going. Quite particular about cleaning.
The kitchen and bathroom are kept clean every time after use. These platitudes have to be raised when sharing with others. 😁 So hopefully this really clicks a yes for you.

There is no parking on this road, but free parking nearby. it’s a 7 minute walk north of Hanover, and 20 mins to the sea..
This is not the centre of Brighton, it's nr to the top of Freshfield road, about a 25 mins + walk into town. But, It is also near 3 main bus routes. Please check that this area is ok for you before you respond.
