Fantastically located Double room in Elm Grove

On offer is a fully furnished double bedroom in a 6 bedroom house in Elm Grove, Brighton. I am away for the best part of summer from June to July so would not be at the house very often. This room would be ideal for someone looking to stay in Brighton through the summer months either working or on holiday.

Ideally you would be able to commit to 2 months June and July for rent purposes. My other house mates may or may not be there during this period but I will be back and forth. The room has a double bed, desk and chest of drawers. There are 2 kitchens (one downstairs and one upstairs) with fully working appliances and a large shared bathroom with shower/bath, sink and toilet.

The house is in a fantastic location, only a short walking distance to all major bus stop routes for easy access into the town (and further) - although i normally walk it!
