En suite double room in family home

Our double en-suite room is bright and spacious, with great views over Brighton. It has its own bathroom, with a shower. The room is at the top of the house, so is a self-contained unit away from the main hubbub of family life. We are a friendly household, with one adult and two teenagers aged 13 and 16, plus two cats. The room would suit someone who wants to be in a family environment but also likes their own space. There is use of a large well equipped family kitchen and eating space.

The house is very close to Fiveways shops and London Road station, and within easy walking distance of the centre of Brighton and the beach.

We have had lodgers before, and have had very positive experiences. The room is available until the end of May 2026. We would consider Monday-Friday let's.
