1 x room in a lovely house share :)

Hey!

We are 5 easy going and friendly thirty-something housemates looking for 1 more like-minded individual (male) to join our house

The room available is on ground level, and slightly cheaper at £375 as its smaller and a tad more noisier being near the kitchen and living room. It comes with a bed, wardrobe and side table, but otherwise is unfurnished

Our house has 5 floors, with the kitchen, utility room and our lovely patio in the basement. Living-room is on the ground floor, and there’s a brand new shower room and separate bathroom (also with shower) is on 1st floor.

The location is very central - 5 minutes to North Laine, 10 minute walk to Brighton Station - and 2 minutes from Aldi and London Road shops. You really are close to pretty much everything you need!

We’re looking for someone who is warm, friendly and open minded, and that can be part of a household that works collectively to keep our home tidy and clean. (Experience of living in large house share would be a plus!) We’d also like someone who want to be part of the house and not just renting a room! We all have our own independent lives, but also enjoy chats in the kitchen, making food together, and the odd movie night or drinks.
Vegetarian/ vegan would be preferred as most of us are, and we're creative types so anyone who fits this would be great too. (but not essential!)

When we are not working we all make sure to be considerate and respectful of each others space. In terms of work, we are a varied bunch, costume designer, marketing, philosophy studies, and Brighton Council. This can make our comings and goings in the house quite changeable, meaning no queues for bathroom, yay :) and no waiting around to make your dinner (double yay!) We also have a new fancy dishwasher, and plenty of fridge space for all.

Bills are around £50 per month including internet, with £100 bills deposit which is returned when you leave.
