Description
We moved into our house a couple of years ago and have had students, done/doing Airbnb and have had a couple of longer term stays, which suit us much better than one nighters.
Our house needs a fair bit of work, having been slightly stuck in the 80's, however we now have central heating, a decent bathroom and two fully finished bedrooms! The bedroom we want to let is a large room, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and space for a desk and chair, tv and probably an easy chair.
We have a large garden, parking for at least one extra car, two small dogs and are situated on the main A267 between Mayfield and Five Ashes.
We both work, Adrian as a Handyman/decorator/carpenter and I work 3 days a week in Crawley and the rest in the garden and at home.
