I have a spacious double room to rent in my lovely 2 bedroom house.

The room is equipped with a comfy double bed and mattress, drawers and wardrobe.

Located in the peaceful village of Buxted, a 2 minute walk away from the train station with direct trains to London, Uckfield and Crowborough. The house benefits from a driveway too, offering off street parking if you have a car.

The property consists of shared use of the kitchen, living room and bathrooms along with use of appliances. Large garden to the rear of the house.

All bills, fibre broadband and a cleaner that visits every 2 weeks are included in the rental. 
Will consider a well behaved dog but sorry, no smokers, couples or children.

I am an easy going 30 year old professional, I work shifts so I leave for work early in the morning or arrive home late at night. I enjoy going to the gym, socialising and DIY’ing. Happy to chat whenever but also respectful of privacy and your own space.
