Double Room to Rent

Double room to rent in friendly laid back house share. Double room has a built in wardrobe/storage cupboard and can come furnished or unfurnished. The pictures of the room show a king size bed in the room for scale.
The house is in South Chailey and has a lovely south face garden. there is plenty of street parking. The house has three bedrooms, 2 doubles and smaller room which can be used for guests and storage.
Lewes is a 10 min drive away and brighton is around a 25 min drive away. The closest train station is in plumpton which is 3 miles away and easy to bike to, this will give you links to Brighton, Lewes, London and Gatwick. The area also has amazing countryside walks.
Meg (30) and Sam (30) currently live in the house. We also have a dog called Ralph who is a Shepard mix and is a big fan of walks and peanut butter.

As of May, Sam will be away working in Scotland until September. He will be back for the odd week once a month but it will mostly be Meg and Ralph (the dog) at the house during this time.

We are very socialble and friendly. We spend a lot of time out and about and enjoy climbing, kayaking and hiking. We also enjoy chilled evenings cooking and trips to the pub for a pint or two.
