My work pattern means you’ll have the property mostly to yourself the majority of the time. I work away 11 days on / 3 days off, so during that period you’ll have full use of the flat. I will likely be back two nights a month due to my work schedule. When I return, I stay in the living room set up as a studio space while you keep the bedroom as your private room.
