Small Furnished Double Room with en suite

Small Furnished Double Room with en-suite available in 16th Century/Victorian Farmhouse in the middle of the countryside. Off road parking.
My youngest son is 21 Then there is myself, my partner and my 30yr old son. Our eldest son and his wife live in the annex . There is a separate fridge to store food
We are a quiet house hold. Internet is provided but it can be temperamental.
We have 3 cats and 2 dogs.
There is a shared living space
We are after someone who works 9 - 5, 5 days a week and has plenty of interests.
Non refundable deposit to secure room but Deposit is refundable if the room is taken.
If the room is taken the deposit will be returned in full if the room is left in good order otherwise a proportion will be deducted for repairs cleaning etc
