Double room in lovely home

I am looking for a female only sharer for my home. I am a single parent with one primary age daughter, who is with me 4 nights a week. I would be happy for a sharer to have friends over on nights when I don’t have my child.
My home is a unique listed building and next to a pub in a desirable location. It is a quiet, rural setting and there are no transport links so driving would be essential for commuters. Parking is available in the village. I have two friendly cats. I am a working professional, great sense of humour, I don’t party any more... I vape but don’t smoke or drink.
Room has double bed with a great mattress and electric blanket, two bedside lockers, single wardrobe with shelves and I can provide drawers, desk and new bedding if required.
Contemporary style home. One bathroom with shower (no bath), large kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room with washer/dryer, indoor drying line, living room with projector cinema style and fibre broadband. Electric heaters as village not on gas. Garden area with seating.
Council tax contribution of £58.75 would be required for non students as I would lose my single person discount.
