Double room in rural historic property

I am looking for a sharer for my home. I am a single parent with one primary age child, who is with me 4 nights a week. I would be happy for a sharer to have friends over on nights when I don’t have my child.
My home is a unique listed building and next to a pub in a desirable location. It is a quiet, rural setting and there are no transport links so driving would be essential for commuters. Parking is available for free in the village outside the house. I have two friendly cats.
All bills included.

I am a working professional, great sense of humour, I don’t party any more... I vape but don’t smoke or drink.

Room has double bed with a great mattress and electric blanket, two bedside lockers, 4 drawer unit, single wardrobe with shelves and I can provide desk and new bedding if required.

Contemporary style home. One bathroom with walk in shower (no bath), large kitchen with breakfast bar, American style fridge, utility room with washer/dryer, indoor drying line, living room with projector cinema style and fibre broadband. Electric heaters and electric blanket as village not on gas. Garden area with seating.

Quiet and rural desirable location, next door to a thriving pub with live music.
