Double room in historic rural property

I am looking for a FEMALE sharer for my home. I am a single parent with one primary age child, who is with me 4 nights a week. I would be happy for a sharer to have friends over on nights when I don’t have my child.

My home is a unique listed building and next to a pub in a desirable rural location. It is a quiet, rural setting and there are NO transport links so driving would be essential for commuters. Parking is available for free in the village outside the house. I have two friendly rescue cats.

All bills included. (Electric, council tax, water, internet)

I have a great sense of humour and would like a good connection with my lodger. Party days are over- I vape but don’t smoke or drink.

Freshly decorated room, which has double bed with a great quality mattress and electric blanket for winter, two bedside drawer units, large drawer unit, single wardrobe with shelves, storage trunk, cupboard, large tv and sofa bed. Furniture except bed can be removed according to requirements.

Contemporary style stylish home. One bathroom with walk in shower (no bath), large kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee machine, range oven, air fryer, bread maker, American style fridge, utility room with toilet- with washer/dryer, indoor drying line and dehumidifier, living room with projector cinema style and surround sound, and fibre broadband. Electric heaters and electric blanket as village not on gas. Garden area with seating and washing line.

Quiet and rural desirable location, next door to a thriving pub with live music. Plenty of lovely walks around and great for cyclists.

LGBT+ and neurodiversity friendly ally. Pets considered on application apart from any reptiles!
