Clean but quite old fashioned double room previous lodger just returned home has been with me for 3 years would prefer an older working lady or female student. I am a 63 year old widow. The double room is at the back of the house so is quite quiet good for studies. l have a few small animals tortoises guinea pigs and fish so an animal lover would be good.
