I’m looking to find someone to take my place in a 5 bedroom student house in Coldean with 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living area. The house has a lovely big garden, with a gardener included in the rent. Rent is £575 a month which includes bills and contents insurance, plus you’ll need to pay £8 a month for WiFi. The girls are all nice, and it is easy to get to either Sussex or Brighton Universities as there is a bus stop 5 minute walk away serving 24 and 5B routes.
The deposit is £650, which you will get back at the end of the tenancy which will be August
