Urgent - Room available

I have a room available at £420/month, plus bills, and need someone to replace me.

It's in a postgrad house (so only postgrads will be considered) in Coldean. It's a ~20-minute walk to Asda, and ~25-minute walk to Sussex campus (or ~10-minute cycle to either), and there are bus stops very close (~5 min walk) to town, Asda, and the university. There are seven other postgrads in the house, who are all lovely. It's a very international house, with lot of fun.
There is a washing machine and dryer, a very well- equipped kitchen, a conservatory, and a large garden. The house is just on the edge of the Wild Park nature reserve; the room offered looks out onto it, which is very pleasant. The room itself is pleasant, with plenty of storage space. Landlords are nice and so helpful.
