Double room in spacious house

We are currently looking for a new housemate and have a double room available from the 1st May in our lovely 4 bedroom house. The house is modern with a large kitchen diner and separate cosy living room. We have a beautiful decking and garden which is south facing so gets the sun all day so is a perfect spot for sunbathing and BBQ’s. Also has stunning views of the South Downs and city.

About us… myself Amy & my partner Ethan own the house and we are a fun and adventurous couple who love to travel and meet new people. We also don’t live in each other’s pockets and have always lived with housemates so are very adapted to shared living. I am a freelance mural and tattoo artist and Ethan is a travel agent for schools working in an office and he WFH 1 or 2 days a week.

We are looking for a similar natured people join the great dynamic we have in the house. We are very easy going people with high hygiene standards. We like to socialise but equally have a busy schedules so understand the balance of allowing time to yourself in shared living.

About the area… The house backs onto Wild Park which makes for beautiful woodland walks and an awesome spot of nature on your doorstep. Then we have Stammer Park 10 mins walk away. Asda is 5 mins drive and the bus stop is 5 mins walk which runs regularly into town and takes 20/30 minutes. It also only takes 20 minutes to cycle into the city centre (we cycle everywhere). The house is up a massive hill which is great for views and keeps us fit hahah. We also have some basic local shops walking distance. There is plenty of free parking (so perfect if you own a car) it’s quiet at night so you get the great balance of city living with nature around you 😊

We include council tax and split other bills which doesn't cost much between us normally works out at no more than £30 pm in the summer and £50 in the winter.
Also the house has 3 bathroom so there is never a wait.
