I am a full-time student at University of Brighton and live with my son who works part-time. I spend a lot of time away during uni holidays and some weekends.
We have an exuberant 5 year old puppy, Rosa, so always a friendly welcome when you get home and security when out!
Rent is £650 pcm to full time students including all bills. Professionals £730 to include contrbute towards council tax and all other bills.
Monday to Friday lodging accepted at £100 discount.
Happy to accommodate smokers if they keep it to the garden, just not in the house.
