Fully furnished double room available to rent in an eco-conscious, vegan household. The room is situated at the back of the house with a lovely view of the back garden. Both front and back gardens are being rewilded and are a haven for wildlife.

You will be sharing a home with myself (the home owner, female) , 1 student lodger and 1 cat.

You will have use of the bedroom, shared bathroom/toilet, Kitchen, washing machine, living spaces, garden and internet Wifi. Please note that you don’t need any bedding, towels, kitchen pans, utensils, cutlery or mugs. I also have a charging point for electric cars.

All bills included, except food, toiletries and charging cars.

Excellent location for students as close to Sussex & Brighton Universities

The house is within walking distance to the universities, Amex Stadium, Falmer train station and the gorgeous Stanmer Park Woodlands which leads onto the South Downs National Park. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and it is a short bus ride to the city centre.

The shops are a 1 minute walk away at the bottom of the road. The local pharmacy and library are a 10 minute walk.

I’m looking for a mature student who is friendly, eco conscious, honest and tidy.

No smoking in the house, no pets and no couples.
