Single Bedroom in Coldean, Brighton

I am looking for someone to replace me in my current accommodation in Coldean Lane area, Brighton. The place will be available July 15, 2024.

Monthly rent is 550 per month and excluding bills and utility, which typically costs around 50. The unit is upstairs and close to a sharing bathroom (with 3 other housemates), comes with a sharing kitchen and living area. It is convenient since it is 20 mins by bus to University of Sussex and 25 mins to Brighton University, there is a grocery store nearby and a bus stop 2 mins away from the house.
