2 min walk from bus stop which both 25 and 24 stop at so easy access to both Brighton centre and Falmer and about a 30min walk to moulsecoomb if that where you study and if you prefer to walk

3 females, two who are 2nd year studying architecture and one who’s retaking first year, so preferably another female. They prefer someone who is a none smoker, keeps the place tidy, and respectful of noise level due to the work load.
