Lge double room in lovely friendly home in Coldean

Danni and I are looking for a woman to share our home. I'm 65, have owned the house for 14 years, and spend a few days a week here. The rest of the time I live with my husband and Wirehaired Dachsund in Ditchling. Danni has lived here for a long time, and works as a lighting technician at the Dome. She works shifts, but is lovely and quiet if arriving or leaving at unearthly hours.

The monthly rent is inclusive of bills....and the cleaning of the house twice a month.

The room available is double aspect, has a huge cupboard/wardrobe, as well as a 4' storage bed, and also a sofa/sofa bed. It has recently been redecorated and recarpeted.

Both Danni and the new housemate will have a fridge freezer each. The kitchen is well-stocked, with a dishwasher and washing machine. The house has central heating and fast WiFi.

Outside, there is a terrace, decking and a steep garden, with wonderful views towards Stanmer Woods and the Downs. There is free parking, and buses into the city are a 5 minute walk. The A27 is close by, as are the two University Falmer campuses.

We would welcome a well-behaved and -trained dog, but cats wouldn't be suitable, as my Dachsund sometimes visits.

We are both laid-back, friendly, and interested in people....but enjoy our own space too.
