Cozy room near Uni of Sussex

Hey there !

I'll soon be moving out and I need someone to take my place. This is a cozy house with a bunch of really sweet and nice people. The room itself is very comfortable and sweet. Its filled with massive drawers and wadrobes. You will also a get a heating fan for fast heating. I will also be giving away my air purifier, so you'll get that for free as well :)

The location itself is great too, with nice views and a peaceful neighbourhood. For travel, there are several bus stops around all which take you to Brighton.

The bills are not included in the amount of 510 pounds, but the bills come out to be around 80 - 90 pounds per month, overall making 600 pounds.
