Lovely Room available now at Coldean

Hi, I’m moving out of my fully-furnished room available at Coldean, Brighton towards the end of this month (February) and I am looking for someone who will be willing to take the room as soon as possible. 600 pcm, bills not included, but all bills together is less than 90 per month during winter and less than 60 during summer.

The house is 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. Coldean is very close to the University of Sussex and Brighton University. Accessible and close to town.

There is dryer, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, plenty fridge and freezers, free parking space, fully furnished kitchen, bathrooms, common lounge, and dinning. There are no live-in landlords, everyone here is a tenant and we live our lives in our own terms.

No guarantor needed. A reference from your former landlord is acceptable -even if it’s school accommodation you previously stayed. If you cannot provide a reference from a former landlord, you may then provide a guarantor at your own discretion and choice - you have two options.

Contract is short and flexible, usually 6months, can be extended based on your preference.
