Single Room in Coldean,Brighton - Urgent Need

I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy (Single Room Upstairs) in a 6 bedroom spacious lovely house as soon as possible . The house has 2 bathrooms, a separate living room and big kitchen, with a back garden. The house comes along with a spacious furnished kitchen, a big living room as a communal area with a record player, fast broadband, house plants, and lovely fairy lights here and there. The bathroom downstairs comes with a shower, while the one upstairs comes with a bathrub as well as storageroom. My room has a double bed with wardrobe, desk and shelves, the fakeplants were my touch but i'm more than happy to leave them behind as it does indeed make it look cozier. In terms of people, they will most probably slowly become your second family. Such funny and lovely mates, assuring unlimited late nights and laughs outside in the back garden. The bus stop is literally 5 mins away from the house which goes directly to Central Brighton. In terms of payment, the bills are not included but they come around £20 per week. As the tenance has already started and I am leaving mid-contract, you'd only have the room till end of July, unless you want to keep living there which you could once the contract gets renewed.
