I am looking for 1-2 females to start a minimum 3 month tenancy for 2 double rooms. There are 2 toilets, the downstairs toilet would predominantly be used by the downstairs tenant. There is parking. There is easy access to buses and local superstore / corner shop. There is alot of nature around.
Currently 2 female professionals living in the property ages 25 and 30.
We both work and study full time. We are in the house between 3-4 days a week and stay out the other days. Preferably stay with professionals or students whom are on the same page & respectful of shared space and noise levels at night.
