Coldean property - females

The single room is available from September onwards and the double room is available now. I am looking for 1-2 females to start a minimum 6 month tenancy for a double room or single room at a 3 bed property. There are 2 toilets, so downstairs tenant essentially has their own toilet. There is parking. There is easy access to buses and local superstore / corner shop. There is also alot of nature around.

A bit about me - i am 24, a graduate who continued to stay in Brighton. I currently work full time - twice a week in the office and 3 days from home, for the most part i spend the 3 days out. Preferably stay with professionals or students whom are focused and respectful.
