South facing room to let, overlooking garden

Lovely room firnished with single bed, desk and chair, and large fitted wardrobes. It's a good sized room that has had twin beds in the past. It's south-facing and overlooks the back garden.
The 24, 26 and 5b universities bus all stops within 200 metres of the property offering great access to all the universities and into city centre and the beach. There is free parking, local general store, pharmacy and library all within 5 minute walk.
Stanmer Park, the South Downs and Hollingbury golf course are also a 5 minute walk away.
Rent is £650 inclusive of bills. Those eligible to pay council tax will pay extra contribution to towards it TBC.
There is no smoking in the house however there are outside areas where you are welcome to.
We are a relaxed and friendly household where you can be as private or sociable as you feel. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and accepting of all religions, ethnicity and nationalities.
We have a resident doggy, Rosa, who is 5 years old who is very friendly.
