A large loft room, furnished, with double bed, also a separate study area. You will be sharing with the top two floors of my house with my daughter (22 years old- recent graduate), so you have a shared bathroom and kitchen/living room only with her. I own the property and live on the ground floor with my own kitchen and living room, I will be a full-time student next year. We have a pet cat, so we can't accept another pet.

Located in Coldean, close to the University of Sussex and University of Brighton, Falmer campus. Regular buses into town and close to Amex stadium and Stanmer Park. Nice quiet road.

The room is ideal for students as it is available from Sept 2025- June/July 2026, although there may be the possibility of a short extension beyond this. If you aren't a student then the rent will be higher to cover Council Tax.
