Half a house for 2-3 month let only

We have a large, nicely decorated double bedroom in our family home available for a short term let only from 3rd September 2018. The room has a double bed, bedside cabinets, oak wardrobe, oak chest of drawers, a two seater sofa and large mirror in it. £160 refundable deposit is required. Rent payable in advance(weekly).Own front room with Now TV, coffee table, dining table, chairs and sofa. Utility room with full kitchen facilities (apart from a full size oven) and sink, american fridge/freezer, mini oven, microwave, single plate induction hob, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer,(minimum use). Family bathroom with shower which you will have almost exclusive use of. (We usually use our on suite but sometimes need the bath for our granddaughter. We will also be sharing use of the fridge freezer, w/machine & tumble dryer)

We are in close proximity of both the University of Sussex and the University of Brighton. There is a bus stop at the end of our road with links to Asda supermarket (just over the hill in Hollingbury)and Brighton town centre. There are also two 'local' late night opening convenience stores in Coldean and free on the road parking except on event days at the Amex Stadium when it is permit holders only. I can provide a visitors permit for car owners.
Any tenant must be out by Christmas as we have family visiting and will need the bedroom.
