Located in the Ashdown Forest with gorgeous walks all around. Walking distance to an organic shop. 5 minutes drive to Hartfield, 8 minutes drive to Forest Row, 20 minutes drive to Tunbridge Wells.

All bills included. Large communal kitchen and garden. Off road parking. We’d prefer a non-smoking female professional who is out most weekday daytimes and doesn’t mind some family noise and chaos, as we have two young children and work from home!

NB we’ve taken out of the chest of drawers (there is loads of built-in clothes storage) and have put in a small desk in its place.

Would consider couples for an extra monthly fee.
