Large double room available now Cooksbridge

This is a large double room in a two bed flat. This is a quiet, sensible house share and we all tend to keep to ourselves however it is nice to have a glass of wine or chat at times too.
The flat is very spacious and has a modern bathroom, kitchen and living room.
The bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers, a desk and a large built in wardrobe. The place will suit a quiet single professional.
The kitchen has the usual equipment that is all for shared use and plenty of cupboard space and a large fridge freezer, there is also a washing machine. There is a shared garden between all the flats and space for washing / sitting outside.

You would be sharing the flat with one flatmate and part time live in landlady, I'm normally only home a set 2 nights a week and quite often not at all.

The train station is two minutes walk from the flat and there is a local bus stop too. If you have a car there is plenty of parking for cars, nothing is assigned or charged, however I managed with cycling for 2 years so if you enjoy cycling then it is doable to get to Lewes on a bike, it is not very far for supermarkets / work.

If you are into walks there are some picturesque ones around in Cooksbridge with beautiful views of the South Downs this is literally on the doorstep.

The rent includes all bills including BBC TV licence. Use of the shared areas you are however expected to keep the flat clean and tidy, it is a well looked after home for us all.
