Great space with generous own facilities

THE HOUSE: I would love to share my light, warm and peaceful house in the countryside (just outside Lewes) with someone who appreciates the quiet location, immediate acces to the countryside and good living.

ME: I am fairly relaxed, but very busy. I work from home most of the time (complementary medicine, teaching, research) and need the house to be quiet and well looked after.

THE SPACE: The house is extended, so I am renting the newly renovated first floor living area, which has two spacious rooms (check specification), own bathroom, toilet and well equipped dining area.
There is porch space for shoes and coats etc. and a seating area in a sunny garden.


THE LOCATION: Safe onstreet parking. Commuting to Lewes, Gatwick or London is easy from here during the week (2 minutes to station). Bus stop for the 121 and 122 Mon-Sat. But as public transport is still somewhat limited, a car or at least a bicycle is recommended.
