Converted Barn with Stunning Garden (Stables Inc)

Hello The room has been rented but if that changes I will re advertise in the meantime the room has gone.
This is a beautiful property which is lived in by the owner Tony and his housemate Vik. Tonys 13 yr old son Carter is here 1/2 the week. It’s a happy house and we are looking for the right person to join us

There is a double room on the ground floor. It has double doors that open onto the large patio with views to the Downs in the distance and views over the ponds. The room is currently a TV room but we are provide a bed , wardrobe and chest of drawers if necessary. .

The house is very quirky and unusual. It has a Mediterranean feel and has a 2 acre garden with 3 ponds one of which we swim in , it’s own beach which we call Pondi , a waterfall and direct access to a nature reserve.

We also have 2 stables and a 5 acre field which is lying empty and if the new tenant had horses and wanted to bring them here that would be fine for another £75 a month bringing the total to £800 This includes alll bills.
