I have a friendly labrador who loves everyone and isn't a barker!

Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and the usual facilities, there is a downstairs cloakroom too.
I'd just like a nice, friendly, hard working, sensible female whose tidy. .

Please note living room end is not shared but only the dining end.
