We have a small double room available in February 2020. There is plenty of storage and a shared bath/shower room is available

The property is detached and large so privacy is available. There are two sitting rooms and a dining room as well as a large conservatory. Shared kitchen and utility room.

Washing machine and tumble drier are available foc.

The property is close to the town with a regular bus service to Tunbridge Wells and Uckfield / Brighton and Eastbourne, we are on the edge of the ashdown forest with beautiful views over the north downs.

We have an old golden retriever and two young cats.
