Room in house in Crowborough to rent

Hi , i am currently looking for a roommate to replace the one that is moving out in June. I am a female, 26 years old and I live in a 2 bedroom house also with a little office for myself, a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and small garden. I am looking for ideally a female who is neat and tidy , respectful and who I can make good friends with. I do not drive but if you do there is a private car parking space that is right in front of the back gate to the garden and can be used by yourself until a time that i did learn to drive and acquire a car.
