Small double, peaceful and quiet cul-de-sac

Small double room to rent in my home, available from 10 November. Built in wardrobe and ottoman storage bed (small double bed)
I have one other lovely lodger here who is 26 (I am 52).
Im friendly, easy going, and so is she.
There is a homely vibe here.
We both like a chat as well as need our alone time.
I have a spaniel, old chap, really friendly, often his brother comes to stay too so loving dogs is a must.
I dont smoke but like a drink at the weekends, no drugs!
I often have clients come to see me at home during the day (I teach yoga)
Im looking for someone who is kind, considerate and respectful. It is a warm and friendly home so I welcome someone who wants that feeling.
The bathroom is shared, seperate downstairs loo, kitchen, dining area (open plan) living room and garden all shared too. Just the little studio in the garden is private.
